Delete your AiMedQs account

You can delete your account and personal data yourself, at any time, from inside the AiMedQs app or on aimedqs.com. No email or support request is required.

How to delete your account

Sign in and open Account Settings (in the app: menu → Account).
Scroll to Danger Zone and choose Delete Account.
Type DELETE to confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately.

Can't sign in? Email [email protected] from your account email address and we will delete the account for you within 30 days.

What is deleted, and when

Immediately: your email address, name, password, Google/Apple/Microsoft sign-in link, profile photo, IP addresses, locale and referral data are erased, your remaining credits are forfeited, and you are signed out on all devices. Your display name in any past Group Study chats is anonymised.
Within 30 days: your remaining study records (practice sessions, answers, progress, notes, flashcards) are permanently erased.
Retained: payment and tax records for as long as Canadian tax law requires (up to 7 years, held by our payment processors), anonymised aggregate usage statistics, security logs, and any conduct reports (with your identity anonymised).

Have an active subscription?

Subscriptions purchased on aimedqs.com (by card) are cancelled automatically when you delete your account. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store can only be cancelled by you, in your Google Play or Apple subscription settings — cancel there first, or the store will keep charging you after the account is gone.
